Jason Farulla is an experienced, full-time real estate agent from
Niagara Falls, New York. Since entering the industry in 2002, he has
had the pleasure of helping numerous clients, from first-time
homebuyers to investors. He has also gained certification for USAA,
AARP, and in Cartus Relocation in addition to completing Brian
Buffini’s "100 Days of Greatness". Currently, he sits on the
Professional Standards Committee for Sussex County Association of
Realtors.

My name is Kelly Pedersen, I am a real estate agent at the Julie Gritton Team of Coldwell Banker Premier. I live and work in the Sussex County, Delaware Beach area and enjoy everything this beautiful area has to offer. I love living in Milton with my husband and three dogs. I enjoy walking my two Shetland Sheepdogs and one Basset Hound dog on the beach every day. I write a bi-weekly newsletter about the fun outdoor events, art shows, live music events, shopping, restaurants and more! 

I am passionate about my family of three married children and 9 grandchildren. I am originally from Pennsylvania and also have my real estate license there, too. I have my Masters Degree in Education and was a former Special Education Teacher for 20 plus years. I taught at a private school where my three children attended. Some of my family still lives there so I travel there often. Some of the things I enjoy doing outside of real estate are spending time with our grandchildren, horse riding, oil painting, volunteering at church, and reaching out to help the community. Leslie is a full-time real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Premier, Lewes office. She is also a Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS). This national credential is awarded by the National Association of REALTORS® to real estate professionals who specialize in buying, selling or managing second homes and/or vacation destinations, as well as properties for investment, development or retirement. Leslie is part of a group of more than 4,000 real estate professionals nationally who have earned the RSPS certificate.

Leslie is originally from the Washington, D.C. metro area. She has an extensive background in analytics and customer service, having worked for the federal government for 25 years. In addition, she worked part-time as a MD realtor. Leslie loves meeting new people! Leslie has a B.A. from The American University, a M.B.A. from Johns Hopkins University, and is a certified Executive Federal Coach. One of Leslie’s passions is learning and education, which she shares with her clients.

Aside from her real estate practice, Leslie loves spending time with her young dog, especially at Lewes Unleashed Dog Park; doing yoga/exercising; reading; and volunteering. Leslie is a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) and the Treasurer of the Col David Hall Chapter in Lewes. Being involved in the community is very important to Leslie.
