Growing up, I worked with my father who is a Licensed Contractor and have a good knowledge of what repairs your home may need in order to sell quickly OR the repairs needed before you buy a home.
The interest to sell real estate started when my mom, Trish Snyder, opened her own Coldwell Banker franchise in 2000.  Not long after I decided to study to get my own real estate license and went to work for Trish. I have been a licensed Realtor with Coldwell Banker since 2001 with my focus being on Shenandoah Valley sales.
During that time I met my husband Flynn and we opened North Mountain Board Shop to bring our knowledge of the snowboarding industry to Bryce Resort. Being Skier/Snowboarders and Entrepreneurs we also own and operate Smiley's Kustard in Basye, Va. If you like soft serve ice cream then you will love the product we serve at Smiley's!
In 2004, we were married and then started our family in 2006. Having lived at Bryce Resort most of my life, I know it like the back of my hand. My free time is spent raising my 2 girls, playing volleyball, skiing/snowboarding, vacationing with my family, and striving to make a healthier life for myself and family through a Plant Based Lifestyle.

I am the Broker/Owner of Four Seasons Rentals, specializing in short term vacation rentals. I am also an Associate Broker with Coldwell Banker Premier, which keeps me extremely busy. I enjoy working directly with both Sellers and Buyers to see their real estate needs fulfilled!

I am an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI), a Certified Resort Property Specialist, a Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers (CRB) and an e-PRO. I have served on many committees of the Massanutten Association of Realtors and 'chaired' several of those committees. I served as President of my local association (Massanutten Association of REALTORS) 3 times--2000, 2006 & 2013. I currently serve on 2 Virginia REALTORS committees and am a Certified Ethics Instructor for Virginia REALTORS. Each year, I attend a minimum of 20 to 30 hours of Real Estate Continuing Education. I teach orientation classes for new Realtors (including Buyer Agency, Ethics, Fair Housing & Anti-Trust). I also own a Property Management company (Four Seasons Rentals) that handles Vacation Rentals (weekend escapes and vacation rentals at Bryce Resort) as well as Long Term Leases. I am always happy to assist customers and clients with questions relating to Real Estate including Residential Investment-type properties. Since I have been so successful in Real Estate (starting in 1994), I can't possibly list all the properties that I have SOLD during that 25+ year time frame ... what is displayed is only a sample!
